CY14U256LA-BA35XI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It performs automatic STORE on power-down using a 120–180 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALL on power-up, with hardware or software STORE/RECALL support. The device runs from 2.7–3.6 V core and 1.65–1.95 V I/O, offers 35 ns access, 20-year retention, and 1M STORE cycles in a 48-ball FBGA for –40 to 85°C.
