CY14B256PA-SFXI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM with an integrated real-time clock. QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements STORE SRAM data on power loss using a VCAP capacitor and RECALL it on power-up, with 1,000 K STORE endurance and 20-year retention at 85°C. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports SPI clocks up to 40 MHz, and is supplied in a 16-pin SOIC package.
