CY14B256KA-SP45XI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with an integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, offers 45 ns access, and supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down plus RECALL on power-up. STORE/RECALL can be initiated by software or the HSB pin; RTC provides alarm, watchdog, and interrupts.
