CY14B256KA-SP25XI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements. It runs from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over −40°C to 85°C and offers 25 ns access. Data is automatically STOREd on power-down with a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor and can be software- or HSB-pin initiated, with RECALL on power-up, supporting 20-year retention and 1,000 K STORE cycles.
