CY14B108N-ZSP45XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (512 K × 16) with integrated QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for fast, SRAM-like reads and writes. It supports 45 ns access, 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, and industrial operation from −40°C to +85°C. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 150 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up, with 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year retention for configuration data.
