CY14B108N-ZSP25XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (512 K × 16) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, with STORE/RECALL also initiated by software or the HSB pin. The device operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to +85°C, offers 25 ns access, 1,000 K STORE cycles, and 20-year data retention in a 54-pin TSOP II package.
