CY14B108N-BA45XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (512 K × 16) combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage, enabling automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up or by software. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports 45 ns access, and uses a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor in a 48-ball FBGA package.
