CY14B108M-ZSP25XI is an 8-Mbit (512 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 85°C and uses QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements for 20-year data retention and 1,000K STORE endurance, with infinite SRAM reads/writes. Automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus alarm and watchdog timer, support data logging and industrial control.
