CY14B108L-ZS45XI is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM (1024 K × 8) combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to 85°C and supports 45 ns access time. Automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL, preserve data with 1M STORE cycles and 20-year retention in a 44-pin TSOP II package for industrial systems.
