CY14B104NA-ZS20XI is a 4-Mbit (256K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It performs automatic STORE on power-down using a VCAP capacitor and RECALL on power-up, and also supports software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, offers 20 ns access, 20-year data retention, and a 44-pin TSOP II package.
