CY14B104M-ZSP45XI is a 4-Mbit (256 K × 16) nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C and supports AutoStore on power-down plus software or HSB pin STORE, with RECALL on power-up or software. It offers 20-year data retention and up to 1,000 K STORE cycles, 45 ns access, in a 54-pin TSOP II.
