CY14B104LA-ZS20XI is a 4-Mbit (512K × 8) parallel nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C, in a 44-pin TSOP II package, and supports 20 ns access. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 61 uF to 180 uF VCAP capacitor and RECALLED on power-up, with STORE/RECALL also by software control.
