CY14B101Q2-LHXIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial SPI nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage in each memory cell. It supports SPI modes 0 and 3 with SCK up to 40 MHz, operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and uses an external 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP for AutoStore on power-down with Power-Up RECALL restore. It is offered in an 8-pin DFN. Endurance is 1 million STORE cycles with 20-year retention.
