CY14B101PA-SFXIT is a 1-Mbit (128K x 8) SPI nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software or HSB-initiated STORE/RECALL. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40 to 85°C, with SPI up to 40 MHz (104 MHz fast read), 8 µA sleep, and 16-pin SOIC tape-and-reel packaging.
