CY14B101PA-SFXI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) SPI nvSRAM with an integrated real-time clock. It stores SRAM data to QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements on power-down (AutoStore) and recalls it on power-up, with 20-year retention at 85°C and 1 million STORE cycles. Runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, draws 3 mA at 40 MHz, supports SPI mode 0/3, 40 MHz READ/WRITE and up to 104 MHz fast read, in a 16-pin SOIC.
