CY14B101KA-ZS45XI is a 1 Mbit nvSRAM (128K × 8) with an integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM speed with nonvolatile QuantumTrap storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C, supports 45 ns access, and performs hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a small capacitor on VCAP. STORE/RECALL can also be initiated by software or the HSB pin, with 20-year data retention.
