CY14B101KA-SP25XIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) parallel nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply across −40°C to 85°C and provides 25 ns access time. Data is automatically STORED on power-down using a 68 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up. Endurance is 1 million STORE cycles with 20-year retention.
