CY14B101I-SFXI is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM with an integrated real-time clock. QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements automatically STORE SRAM data on power-down and RECALL on power-up; STORE/RECALL can also be triggered by I2C or HSB pin. It supports 100 kHz/400 kHz, 1 MHz, and 3.4 MHz I2C with zero-cycle reads/writes, 20-year retention, and 1,000K STORE cycles, at VCC 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to 85°C.
