CY14B064PA-SFXIT is a 64-Kbit (8 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software or HSB-initiated STORE/RECALL. The memory offers infinite reads/writes and 1 million STORE cycles. Runs at 40 MHz in a 16-pin SOIC, 2.7 V to 3.6 V, -40 to 85°C, with 3 mA active, 250 µA standby, and 8 µA sleep max.
