Door Module Front II

This example application diagram shows a full-featured door module connected to the body network (e.g. central body computer). Depended on car manufacturer requirements, it can be equipped either with an 8-Bit microcontroller of the XC800 family or with a 16/32 Bit microcontroller of the XC2200 family.
If CAN bus network connection is required, this design example uses a System Basis Chip (SBC) TLE 826x as a combination voltage regulator, network transceiver and power management/functional safety features. If LIN bus with lower requirements is requested, a pure voltage regulator and network transceiver combination (LIN LDO TLE 8458) might be sufficient.
Door module functionality is implemented using various drivers, including our Mirror Driver System IC TLE 8203E.
