The S79FL512SDSMFVG03 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) dual-quad SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase speeds. It supports 8-bit data paths, 80 MHz DDR Quad I/O, and XIP for direct code execution. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and up to 105°C, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles per sector, 20-year data retention, OTP, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 qualification for automotive and industrial code storage.
