The MOTIX™ TLE9976QXW40, the superset device in the TLE996/7x family, features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33 core at up to 40 MHz with 132 KB flash and 10 KB RAM. Designed for 3-phase BLDC motor control, it offers advanced timers with PWM jittering, LIN support, 16-channel 12-bit ADC, and low-side current sensing. With a -40°C to 175°C range, ISO26262 ASIL-B compliance, and VQFN-48 packaging, it's ideal for automotive wipers, pumps, and fans.
