The MOTIX™ TLE9934EVW40L is a fully integrated System-on-Chip designed for small motors in automotive applications like HVAC flaps and expansion valves. Featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, LIN transceiver, gate driver, voltage regulator, and MOSFETs, it offers superior integration. Its B6 Bridge supports up to 2A peak current. This SoC is the ideal solution for efficient, space-saving motor control in automotive thermal management systems.
