The MOTIX™ TLE9932EVW40C is a fully integrated three-phase SoC featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, LIN transceiver, gate driver, voltage regulator, and MOSFETs on a single chip. Its integrated B6 Bridge supports up to 2A peak current, ensuring compact PCB size. Ideal for small BLDC motors, this solution enhances automotive actuators like HVAC flaps and valves with efficient and space-saving design.
