The digitally assisted analog concept ensures stability over temperature and lifetime. AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 qualified for safety up to ASIL B, suitable for traction inverter, battery main switch. Packaged in PG-TDSO-16, usable in 48 V & high voltage apps with optimized power losses.
