The S70FS01GSDSBHV213 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) dual-die SPI NOR Flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR read modes, operates at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, and achieves up to 80 MBps read speed. With hybrid or uniform sector options, advanced security including OTP and password protection, and AEC-Q100 qualification to 125°C, it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage.
