The S70FL01GSDSMFV013 is a 1 Gbit automotive-grade stacked SPI Flash memory, integrating two S25FL512S dies for enhanced capacity. Operating at 3.0 V, it supports Quad and DDR SPI modes up to 80 MHz, with uniform 256-kbyte sectors and a 512-byte programming buffer. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles minimum. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures operation from -40°C to +125°C. Each die must be programmed independently, optimizing flexibility in demanding applications.
