S28HL256TFPBHB013 is a 256 Mbit SEMPER™ NOR flash (HL-T family) with an octal interface supporting SDR/DDR up to 166 MHz (333 MByte/s). It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40 to 105°C and targets automotive, ISO 26262-compliant systems. Integrated ECC (SECDED), interface CRC, data integrity CRC, SafeBoot, and Endurance Flex wear leveling support robust code and data storage in ECUs.
