S26HL02GTFGBHM050 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash MCP (DDP/QDP) with 3.0 V supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V) and JEDEC JESD251 xSPI compliance. It supports HYPERBUS™ DDR reads up to 266 MBps (133 MHz) plus legacy x1 SPI. Flexible uniform or hybrid 4 KB/256 KB sectors, 256/512-byte program buffer, 1024-byte OTP SSR, ECC (SECDED), and interface/data CRC support ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance and ASIL D readiness.
