The S25HS02GTFABHV150 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology for automotive and industrial systems. It features Quad SPI interface with SDR up to 83 MBps and DDR up to 102 MBps, built-in ECC (SECDED), SafeBoot, and Endurance flex architecture. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C), provides minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25-year data retention.
