The S25HS02GTFABHB053 is a 2 Gb (dual-die) SEMPER™ NOR flash in a 24-ball BGA (8 × 8 mm) for code and data storage in embedded and automotive ECUs. It runs from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI/QPI up to 102 MBps (DDR, 102 MHz) or 83 MBps (SDR, 166 MHz). It specifies 25-year data retention with built-in SECDED ECC, CRC, SafeBoot, and advanced sector protection.
