The S25HL02GTDZBHM053 is a 2 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology in a dual-die, 24-ball BGA package. It supports Quad SPI with SDR up to 133 MHz and DDR up to 83 MHz, delivering read speeds up to 102 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1. Advanced features include ISO 26262 ASIL D readiness, Endurance flex, ECC, SafeBoot, and robust data protection for high reliability.
