The CY15V116QN-40BKXIT is a 16-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with high-speed SPI up to 40 MHz and industrial operation from -40°C to +85°C. It delivers virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating at 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it consumes 2.7 mA active and 14 µA standby current. Integrated unique ID and a 256-byte special sector enable secure identification and robust storage for demanding industrial applications.
