The CY15V116QN-40BKXI is a 16-Mb EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a 2048K × 8 memory array, supporting virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V, it features a high-speed SPI interface up to 40 MHz, low standby current of 14 μA, instant non-volatile writes, advanced write protection, and a dedicated 256-byte special sector.
