The CY15B256J-SXET is a 256-Kbit (32K × 8) automotive-grade serial F-RAM with I2C interface, offering nonvolatile memory with 121-year data retention at 85°C and 10 trillion read/write cycles. Operating from 2.0 V to 3.6 V and supporting up to 3.4 MHz I2C, it features low active (500 μA at 100 kHz) and sleep (12 μA) currents.
