The CY15B102QM-50SWXI is a 2-Mbit EXCELON™ LP Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles and 151-year data retention at 60°C. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features low power modes—0.8 µA deep power down and 0.1 µA hibernate. Supporting SPI up to 50 MHz, it offers write protection, device ID, and serial number. Its instant, nonvolatile write capability is ideal for frequent data logging and industrial control applications.
