The BTH6035-1EPL, as part of the PROFET™ + 48 family, features an adjustable overcurrent limitation for safeguarding sensitive loads and supply line wires from abnormal currents. This 35 mΩ single-channel device is fitted for switching capacitive loads in a 48 V board net. It comes in a small TSDSO-14 package and is pin to pin compatible with BTH6080-1EPL, offering protection and diagnostic functions for itself, attached loads and power net
