Overview

Our soft starter module family meets the market’s needs for cost-effective and compact semiconductor solutions. With its design, power start reduces complexity and it allows a broad range of current classes. This feature enables simple integration of the module together with the bypass contactor into the typical design space. It also provides an integrated heatsink and makes use of double-sided cooling to withstand the highest overload currents.
