Combining screw power terminals providing excellent electric connection, separated DC and AC links and PressFIT Control pins for solderless inverter assembly, the new EconoPACK™4 IGBT modules are the ideal choice for industrial applications.
Available in current ratings of 100A through 200A and standard voltage ratings of 650V, 1200V and 1700V, the EconoPACK™4 and eupec™ EconoBRIDGE™4 modules support our customers by designing powerful and compact inverters.
