Then our “Technical Ladder” expert track is just right for you: Here, you can concentrate on technology -- and move your career along at the same time. You will expand your expertise, contemplate and solve problems, and develop into an eminent expert in your field.

Would you like to take on responsibility and help shape company strategy?
Then the Management Career path is right for you: We support you on your way to executive management. Through training sessions, you’ll develop your leadership skills -- sample subjects include setting priorities, expanding structures and processes, and clearly communicating tasks.

Our Individual Contributor career is the backbone of our company. It is designed for all employees who would like to make their contribution through expertise, competence, or specialized leadership. 

Are you mainly concerned with leading projects and functional leadership of project team members in your day-to-day business? Then the Project Management Career is the right path for you. 
Our Project Management Career defines which qualification in terms of experience and competencies is necessary to successfully lead certain project classes. It also shows you which trainings and development opportunities are available to you: you have the opportunity to grow along a clear, predefined development track with mentoring and certification.
