Annual General Meeting 2026

Shareholders of Infineon Technologies AG may register online via the InvestorPortal for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 19 February 2026, probably as of 9 January 2026. After registration, amongst others, electronic voting by mail ballot (including the amending and revoking) as well as the granting, amending and revoking of proxies and voting instructions are possible via the InvestorPortal.

Furthermore, Infineon shareholders can use the InvestorPortal to watch the live webcast of the AGM on 19 February 2026 from 10:00 a.m. onwards.

On top of that, from now on, shareholders can update their e-mail address, grant or revoke their consent for the future electronic delivery of the General Meetings documents or change their individual access code.

Registration for the Annual General Meeting must be received latest by midnight (CET) on 12 February 2026.
