EconoPACK™ 2 1200 V, 150 A sixpack IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7, Emitter Controlled 7 diode, NTC and PressFIT contact technology (alternative mechnically compatible to an IGBT3 module). Also available as variation with solder contact mounting technology.
