Infineon’s AIROC™ CYBT-273063-02 is a fully certified Bluetooth® and Bluetooth® LE module based on Infineon’s CYW20819. This embedded module is available in 12.5 x 19 x 1.95 mm SMT form-factor.

Infineon’s AIROC™ CYBT-273063-02 module is fully integrated with onboard crystal oscillator, passive components, 256KB onboard flash memory, superior 20dBm output with an internal PA and LNA, and the CYW20819 system on chip. This highly integrated module is globally certified to support fast time-to-market.

Infineon’s AIROC™ CYBT-273063-02 module complies with Bluetooth® core specification version 5.4 and has gone through Qualification with a Declaration ID D051682 and QDID 158431.

Infineon’s AIROC™ CYBT-273063-02 module is designed to support a wide spectrum of Bluetooth® applications in home automation, sensors (medical, home, security, and industrial), lighting, Bluetooth® Mesh, or Bluetooth® connected IoT areas.
