This powerful memory chip is designed with Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and supports a HYPERBUS interface with a bandwidth of 400 MBytes/s. Operating at 1.8V, this chip also offers an interface frequency (DDR) of 200 MHz and is housed in our PG-BGA-24 Infineon package.
