General Purpose LNAs
The BGA devices are a matched, general-purpose broadband MMIC driver amplifiers in a Darlington configuration. The excellent performance, enabled by Infineon’s 70 GHz B7HF Silicon Germanium (SiGe) technology, combined with reduced external component count and ease of use make them an ideal choice for a wide variety of RF applications up to 2.5 GHz.
These BGB devices are wideband, low power consumption general-purpose MMIC LNAs with integrated ESD protection and active biasing in a very small package. They are as flexible as a discrete transistor and offers numerous integrated features for smaller and thinner mobile device designs. Enabled by Infineon’s leading SiGe technology, the MMIC LNAs help to significantly enhance the sensitivity of the mobile RF front-end via a compact, low power frontend circuit.
