PSoC™ 4 HV PA 144k (High Voltage Precision Analog with MCU 144k )
The PSoC™ 4 HV PA 144k is a fully integrated programmable embedded system for battery monitoring and management and a subfamily of the PSoC™ 4 HV PA. The system features an Arm® Cortex® M0+ processor running at up to 48 MHz and programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks. In terms of memory, it offers 128 KByte of code flash with ECC protection. The family is offered in a 32-QFN package with wettable flanks.
The PSoC™ HVPA-144K is Automotive Electronics Council (AEC)-Q100 qualified.
