Change in the Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies Austria AG: Silvia Angelo elected as new member

VILLACH, June 24, 2021 - Infineon Technologies Austria AG welcomes a new member to its Supervisory Board. Silvia Angelo, Director of the Management Board of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG, succeeds long-time Supervisory Board member Brigitte Ederer, who resigned from the board at her own request. The succession was decided at an extraordinary general meeting on June 14, 2021.

Silvia Angelo (51) has many years of experience at ministerial, parliamentary and social partnership level. Since 2017, she has been responsible for the Finance, Market and Services department as Director of the Board of Management of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG. She studied economics and holds further supervisory board mandates as well as executive functions in institutions in the transport sector, for the promotion of technical education and science communication as well as the global positioning of Austrian technologies.
