About Infineon Dresden
Infineon Technologies Dresden is a production site of the Infineon Technologies AG. In Dresden advanced Logic Chips based on 200mm silicon wafers are manufactured with complex manufacturing technology. Infineon Dresden is center of excellence for automotive and security applications.
The Infineon factory in Dresden covers a wide range of technologies with structures ranging from 0,25 µm – 90nm. Therefore, Infineon Dresden is capable of manufacturing optimal and custom-tailored solutions for various semiconductor markets.
