Infineon’s CCG3PA-NFET is a highly integrated USB-C PD controller with an NFET Gate driver that complies with the latest USB-C PD standards and is targeted for Power adapters. The customer can build a complete USB-C PD Power adapter solution by integrating the CCG3PA-NFET PD reference design with a AC/DC reference design of his choice.
You can download the latest Firmware from our EZ-PD™ Power SDK. The board schematics are available below for the customers to reduce the design cycle.
- Supports one USB-C port
- Reference designs for both Opto based feedback and Direct feedback
- Supports USB 3.0
- Opto based feedback supports Programmable Power Supply (PPS)
- Supports USB 2.0, QC4+, QC4.0, QC3.0, QC2.0, Samsung AFC, Apple charging and BC1.2
- Configurable overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), short circuit protection (SCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP)
