采用新型拓扑结构的PC Silverbox实现最高能效
PC Silverbox的能效有了大幅度的提高——可实现92%以上效率。我们尤其注重轻载(如20%负载)时的能效。凭借我们的高压和低压MOSFET,以及用于功率因数校正和脉宽调制(PWM)的控制IC,客户能使台式机能效的进一步提高。
英飞凌作为超结技术的开拓者, CoolMOS ™ C6系列——这是我们在超结技术领域的最新成果——用途尤其广泛。CoolMOS™ C6易于并联,即便在PCB布板不太理想的情况下,也能实现较高的能效。由于C6体二极管异常强韧,我们建议谐振拓扑结构——例如LLC,也采用该系列产品。而对于硬开关拓扑结构——例如TTF,我们建议采用CoolMOS™ CP。新型控制IC可使用在连续电流模式PFC和LLC拓扑结构上。
对于同步整流和DC/DC变换器而言,可以采用具备极低导通电阻和低电容特性的第三代OptiMOS™ 系列产品。
我们的最新产品组合包括PFC变换器、LLC谐振变换器和反激变换器的三大产品系列。ICE3PCS0XG采用最先进的设计,满足最严格的PFC变换器标准要求。LLC变换器的ICE2HS01G,集成了可自适应支持CCM和DCM操作模式的创新同步整流控制功能。
英飞凌800V系列CoolSET™器件,将固定频率或准谐振控制器与800V CoolMOS™集成在一起, 可简化具备足够电压降额,并能够实现超低功耗的反激变换器设计。
